- Have a counter alternative when the transaction is restricted or the machine is unavailable.
When to use the retail counter
Use staff assistance when the contents require a declaration, the service is not offered at the kiosk, the package cannot be accepted through the available deposit route, the machine cannot read or price the item, or you need a specific service confirmation. Current hazardous, restricted and international mailing rules still apply.
Kiosk stamps versus other postage
