History the stamp represents:When it comes to love, few people have as great an impact on us as our parents. For some, that means our biological parents, while for others it might mean step-parents, adoptive parents, or even just people in our lives we see as parental figures. The type of love they provide is unlike any other. It is, arguable, the most important type of love we receive.

Both parents love is important, but theres a big difference between a mothers love and a fathers love. A mothers love makes us feel safe, warm, and supported no matter what. A fathers love makes us feel protected, settled, and accepted for who we are. Theres some overlap between the two, but the subtle differences are important in defining a unique relationship with each parent.
